Overview
Coranor is a compute marketplace connecting customers who need GPU resources with providers who have capacity to share. These terms govern your use of the platform.
Alpha status
Coranor is currently in alpha. This means:
- Features may change without notice.
- Service availability is not guaranteed.
- We are learning and improving based on feedback.
We appreciate your patience and feedback as we build.
No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted access.
- Specific performance levels or uptime.
- Fitness for any particular purpose.
Use the service at your own risk. We recommend not relying on Coranor for production-critical workloads during alpha.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit workloads that are illegal, harmful, or violate third-party rights.
- Attempt to access provider systems beyond authorized workload execution.
- Circumvent security measures or abuse rate limits.
- Use the platform for cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission.
- Submit workloads designed to attack, exploit, or damage any system.
- Misrepresent your identity or organization.
For providers
If you provide compute resources, you agree to:
- Maintain the security and availability of your nodes as agreed.
- Not access, copy, or tamper with customer workloads or data.
- Report security issues or suspicious activity promptly.
- Provide accurate information about your organization and hardware.
For customers
If you submit workloads, you agree to:
- Only submit workloads you have the right to run.
- Pay for compute used according to displayed pricing.
- Not submit malicious or harmful code.
- Accept that job execution depends on provider availability.
Abuse
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coranor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or site notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prague.
